As your team grows, not everyone needs—or should have—the keys to the castle. Our new Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system gives you granular control over who can do what within your workspace, ensuring security.

The Challenge

Previously, inviting a team member meant giving them full access to everything, including billing details and API keys. This "all or nothing" approach is a security risk for larger organizations or when working with external contractors.

Our Solution

We have introduced three distinct roles to cover every use case:

1. Admins: Have full control. They can manage checking accounts, change subscriptions, and view all data.
2. Agents: The day-to-day warriors. They can reply to conversations and view contacts but cannot touch global settings or billing.
3. Viewers: A read-only role perfect for auditors, managers who just want to spectate, or stakeholders who need visibility without edit rights.
