1. Introduction

By creating an account or using BotDesk, you agree to these Terms. If you are using BotDesk on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Account Terms

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. To keep BotDesk secure, you agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and secure.
• Not share your account credentials with anyone outside your organization.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

3. Acceptable Use

We want BotDesk to be a safe and productive tool. You agree not to use the platform to:

• Send unsolicited, spam, or scam messages.
• Promote violence, illegal activities, or harassment.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our services.
• Overload our infrastructure with excessive automated requests (outside of normal API usage).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules immediately and without refund.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

• Billing Cycle: Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused years, except where required by law.
• Price Changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change constitutes agreement.

5. Service Level & Support

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee it unless you are on an Enterprise plan with a specific SLA. We may experience outages due to maintenance or force majeure events. We are not liable for any business loss due to downtime.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: BotDesk, its code, design, and brand are owned by us. You cannot copy or resell our technology.

Your IP: You own the data and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
