Affiliate Program

We are launching the BotDesk Affiliate Program, a professional partner system that lets you earn recurring commissions by referring new customers. Whether you are a content creator, agency, or consultant, you can now monetize your audience with BotDesk.

How It Works

Anyone can apply through our affiliate landing page. Once approved, you get a unique referral link. When someone signs up through your link and subscribes to a paid plan, you earn a commission on every payment they make for 12 months.

Tiered Commissions

We reward growth. The more customers you refer, the higher your commission rate:

• Standard: 20% commission (default for all affiliates)
• Silver: 25% commission (unlock at 10 active referrals)
• Gold: 30% commission (unlock at 25 active referrals)

Once promoted, you are never demoted — even if referrals churn later.

Affiliate Dashboard

Every affiliate gets a dedicated dashboard to track their performance in real-time:

• Click tracking: See exactly how many people visit your link
• Conversion funnel: Track sign-ups, active subscriptions, and churned users
• Earnings overview: Monitor total earned, paid out, and available for payout
• Referral details: See each referred user's name, email, status, and commission history

Referred User Benefits

People who sign up through an affiliate link automatically receive a 20% discount on their first 12 months — applied at checkout with no coupon code needed.

Anti-Fraud & Maturation

Commissions have a 30-day maturation period before they become available for payout. This protects against refunds and chargebacks. The minimum payout threshold is $50.

Referral Program Improvements

We also improved the existing credit-based referral system:

• User details: The referral history now shows each referred user's name, email, and profile picture instead of anonymous entries
• Persistent records: When a referred user deletes their account, the referral record is preserved (showing "Deleted User") instead of disappearing
• Distinct badges: Deleted users show a clear "Deleted" status badge to differentiate from active referrals
