How to Choose?
- For Customer Support: We recommended GPT-4o or Claude 3.5 Sonnet. They are the most reliable at following complex instructions and staying polite.
- For Internal Knowledge Bases: Gemini 1.5 Pro excels if you are uploading massive quantities of research papers or long internal wikis.
- For High-Volume Chat: If you are sending 100k+ messages a month and want to optimize costs, DeepSeek-V3 offers the best performance-to-price ratio.
