- Messaging Apps: Connect your official WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or Telegram accounts.
- Collaboration Tools: Add your bot to Slack or Microsoft Teams for internal employee support.
- Email: Automate your

Deployment Strategy
- Start with Web Chat: Test your knowledge base with live web traffic before opening higher-volume channels like WhatsApp.
- Unified Inbox: Regardless of where the message comes from, all conversations appear in the Activity tab for your human team to monitor or take over.
- Status Monitoring: The "Connect" tab shows the real-time status of every integration. If a WhatsApp token expires or a script is missing, you'll see an alert here.
