  • Unified Inbox: Regardless of where the message comes from, all conversations appear in the Activity tab for your human team to monitor or take over.
  • Status Monitoring: The "Connect" tab shows the real-time status of every integration. If a WhatsApp token expires or a script is missing, you'll see an alert here.
