Setup Steps
Step 1: Install App
- Go to Actions → Shopify in BotDesk
- Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g.,
mystore.myshopify.com) - Click "Install App"
- You'll be redirected to Shopify—approve the installation
Step 2: Sync Catalog
- Products, variants, and descriptions sync automatically
- This enables AI to answer product questions accurately
Step 3: Enable Order Tracking
- Grant order read permissions
- Customers can now ask about their order status
Step 4: Add to Storefront
Enable the chat widget on your Shopify theme to start conversations.
